Staying healthy through this season is easier said then done. At a time when we are just desperate to relax, switch off and spend a little down time we find ourselves overwhelmed, over-stretched and totally run down. Hey - just have another cookie and we'll think about health come January! Consider that whatever you put into your mouth plays a part in your overall health and wellbeing, no matter what ails you, most likely good food and lots of water always go a long way towards helping you feel better.
