My heart sings and I am so uplifted! Thank you to all who attended the first ever "Our Black Babies are Dying" conference.

This conference was very informative. I truly enjoyed it and blessing go to Jennie for bringing all of us together.

I am so honored to have been there to bear witness to everything that transpired at this event. I am hoping to be able to make a difference in the lives of the people that I touch on a daily basis, starting with myself and my own family.

I am committed to making sure that others around me, no matter who they are, have the informatin that they need in order to reduce the statistics from the issues that were spoken on.

As one person said at the conference, "It starts with one person". This time, that one person will be me.
